Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation 50/50 Lottery + BONUS PRIZE!

1. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be within the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
2. Tickets are 10 for $10, 40 for $20, 160 for $40 and 400 for $75.
3. With the exception of December, tickets are 10 for $10, 40 for $20, 160 for $40 and 750 for $75.
4. Tickets will be available online only at prhcfoundation5050.com.
5. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
   • Draw #1: Ticket Sales – Starting at 12am Wednesday, September 15, 2021, to midnight Wednesday, October 27, 2021. The Grand Prize will be drawn at 9:30a.m., on October 28, 2021
     1. There will be 2 Early Bird Draws, the deadline of eligibility is midnight on the respective dates of October 6, 2021, and October 20, 2021
     2. All Early Bird Prizes will be drawn at 9:30 am on the dates of October 7, 2021 and October 21, 2021
     3. Early Bird prizes will be announced hourly on October 8 and 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
        1. There will be one winner per hour of $100 with the exception of the 12:00 p.m. winner receiving $200
     4. It is possible for the same ticket number to win on the Early Bird Prizes and the Grand Prize
   • Draw #2: Tickets Sales – Starting at 12am Monday, November 1, 2021, to midnight Monday, November 29, 2021. The Grand Prize will be drawn at 9:30a.m., on November 30, 2021
     1. There will be 2 Early Bird Draws, the deadline of eligibility is midnight on the respective dates of November 17 and 24, 2021
     2. All Early Bird Prizes will be drawn at 9:30 am on the dates of November 18 and 25, 2021
     3. There will be one Early Bird winner for each draw receiving $1,000 cash
     4. It is possible for the same ticket number to win on the Early Bird Prizes and the Grand Prize
   • Draw #3: Tickets Sales – Starting at 12am Wednesday, December 1, 2021, to midnight Wednesday, December 29, 2021. The Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 9:45 a.m., on December 30, 2021
     1. There will be 2 Early Bird Draws, the deadline of eligibility is midnight on the respective dates of December 15 and 22, 2021
     2. All Early Bird Prizes will be drawn at approximately 9:30 a.m., on December 30, 2021
     3. There will be two Early Bird winners for each draw receiving $500 cash
     4. It is possible for the same ticket number to win on the Early Bird Prizes and the Grand Prize
   • Draw #4: Tickets Sales – Starting 12am Wednesday, January 5, 2022, to midnight Monday, January 31, 2022. The Grand Prize will be drawn at 9:30a.m., on February 1, 2022
   • Draw #5: Tickets Sales – Starting 12am Wednesday, February 2, 2022, to midnight Monday, February 28, 2022. The Grand Prize will be drawn at 9:30a.m., on March 1, 2022
6. The amount of the 50/50 jackpot will be updated in real time online at prhcfoundation5050.com.
7. The minimum guaranteed 50/50 jackpot for Draws #1, #2 and #3 listed above is $5,000 in addition to the option of a $2,500 Resorts of Ontario Gift Card or $2,000 cash.
8. After buying, purchasers will receive a confirmation email with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
9. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
10. A representative of Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation will contact the winner by phone and/or email.
11. The winner(s) will be announced online at prhcfoundation5050.com, on social media and an e-news to current buyers.
12. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for verification.
13. Once the winner is certified for Draws #1, #2 and #3, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize, which is 50% of total sales, in addition to the option of a $2,500 Resorts of Ontario Gift Card or $2,000 cash.
14. The winning ticket holder has 6 months to claim their prize from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by AGCO.
15. Regulations prohibit the following persons and their immediate families residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation staff and Board of Directors, employees of Ascend Fundraising Solutions and members of licenced gaming suppliers providing services to the Lottery.
